This little house shares the garden with a big villa, built in the corner between two boundary walls.

The house is composed of two independent levels: the ground floor contains villa’ services local; while the first floor, with back access ,is a residence of 80 m2.

The house in the first floor is articulated around to the living room, illuminated by a big glass window; the central chimney is near to the open stairway, that takes to the roof with a ventilation function. The bearing structure is made by cement. The composition is minimal: a white prism articulated in the interior part,   hanging by a walls covered in earthenware tiles. The house leans on a external floor made in earthenware, that isles the construction from the big garden.
