The project tackles the resolution of a complex and unusual theme: the external arrangement of an area without function, without character, in particular state of degradation.

The geometries, obtained by subtraction, allow the area articulation and become an element of a series of spaces open to the sea: entertainment venues or events, observation points on the landscape and the historical buildings.

The accommodations green, accentuate the sense of “safe” and provide an effective acoustic barrier to the road.
